It is best to avoid Tamasic foods such as excessive sugars, processed and preserved food, and hard liquor.

A diet high in fat and processed foods can impact skin texture and tone, leading to breakouts. Prioritizing a balanced diet and an active lifestyle is essential for maintaining healthy and youthful skin.
